Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply solely between Alda Trading Company WLL Fashion LLC, a limited liability company registered under the laws of Dubai with Commercial License Number 90173 having its office registered at First Floor, Al Bahar Center, Tunis Street, Hawally, Kuwait (hereinafter “flyingtiger.com.kw”) and any person who makes a purchase (hereinafter “Customer”), collectively “the Parties” at flyingtiger.com.kw (hereinafter “Website”). The Customer declares that s/he is of full age or has parental permission and has the legal capacity to contract and is accordingly able to place an order on this Website. The Parties agree that their relationship will be governed solely by these terms and conditions.
Although flyingtiger.com.kw endeavors to ensure that the information on the Website is complete and accurate, the Website may contain errors or inaccuracies. flyingtiger.com.kw reserves the right to correct such errors or inaccuracies and, at any time, to change or update the information on the website relating to the prices, availability and description of the products offered. It is therefore agreed that the applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the Website at the time the order is placed on the Website.
The products and prices we offer are valid for as long as they are visible on the Website, other than for special offers. The Customer is urged to check the availability of the articles sold on the information page for each product. If an item is ordered that is determined to be unavailable, flyingtiger.com.kw reserves the right to cancel the order, provided that it gives the Customer notice.
If one of the products ordered is unavailable, flyingtiger.com.kw will inform the Customer that the unavailable item cannot be shipped. The rest of the order will be processed and shipped to the Customer under his confirmation within the time stated in the email providing information about tracking the order.
The material posted by flyingtiger.com.kw on the Website consists of offers to purchase relating to the products presented on the Website (the “Offer”). Flyingtiger.com.kw reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel, or terminate any Offer for any reason whatsoever, without notice, and/or to limit the quantity that may be purchased of any item presented in an Offer. The product order that you submit to Flyingtiger.com.kw through the Website constitutes your order (the “Order”).
It may be necessary, at any time, for Flyingtiger.com.kw to verify personal information or information relating to credit cards or payment cards with your credit card issuer or our payment solution provider before accepting any Order. Once payment for an Order has been verified, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.
To place an Order, you must follow several steps:
- the Customer create an account or access as guest user on the Website and identify him/herself, to place the Order;
- The Customer places products in his/her basket.
- The Customer chooses a delivery method.
- The Customer chooses a payment method.
- The Customer makes the payment.
- The Customer then receives an email from Flyingtiger.com.kw recording the payment.
The order validation email constitutes Flyingtiger.com.kw acceptance of the Customer’s order and accordingly forms the contract of sale between the Parties.
Kindly note that the web shop is for consumers only and it is not possible to make a Business-to-Business order.
Price and payment methods
You agree to pay the price, taxes and all charges shown for the transaction. All amounts are in Emirati Dirham. Flyingtiger.com.kw contains many products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the site, we will charge you with the lower price.
The prices of products shown on the Website are understood to be excluding taxes except VAT, shipping charges, the price of certain packaging, or the price of other optional services selected by the Customer, which are charged separately The Customer will be informed of those charges on the Order summary page before final validation of the Order. We usually charge purchases to your credit card before the process of sending your order has begun. In case of out of stock on the product, we operate the refund on your credit card or payment card.
The Customer may pay for his/her purchases by credit card or by Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay or by cash upon delivery. Cash on delivery will not be applicable for large items. Flyingtiger.com.kw guarantees the security of payment by bank card by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol encryption system and by having payments processed by “Checkout.com” or any other payment gateway service provider Flyingtiger.com.kw appoints
Where do we deliver?
All our orders can be delivered to all UAE areas listed on the website.
The delivery times shown on the Website are counted from the date on which the payment is confirmed if the payment is by card, and from confirmation e-mail if the payment is cash on delivery.
Delays in delivery times may be caused by local holidays, sales period, force majeure events, lock downs and weekends or any other events out of flyingtiger.com.kw’s control.
Please note that large items will be delivered separately . The item vendor will contact you to confirm the delivery time and installation. Normal items purchased along with the large items, will be delivered separately at the standard delivery time.
Our product warranty
In case of defect verified by flyingtiger.com.kw, the initial cost of the item in addition to the cost of transportation that you paid while making the order will be refunded. The warranty covers defects present in a product in the course of normal use.
This warranty does not apply to any problem caused by negligence, deterioration or inappropriate use of the product by the Customer. For all types of defects, please contact the customer service by chat between 10 AM to 10 PM local time and we will get back to you at the earliest.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can either contact the customer service by chat between 10 AM to 10 PM local time.. We will make every effort to accommodate your request provided that the order is still under preparation and hasn’t been handed over to the courier.
Orders can be cancelled from the system as long as they are not shipped yet (hasn’t been handed over to courier). Cancellation is done from the system directly and not from the web site or the application therefore the customer should contact our customer service department where they will be happy in executing on the system the customer request.
Out of stock items:
In the event where your order cannot be fulfilled within the scheduled time because an item is out of stock, an email will be sent to you informing you of order cancellation. If only one of the items in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and check whether you would like to proceed with the remaining items or not.
It is important to us that your online purchasing experience on the Website be as pleasant as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase on the website and would like to return the product, you can contact our customers service team or request a home return from our website and our courier will collect it from your location. Any return or exchange to be home collected should include the order printed receipt which is included with the delivered product.
After our team checks the return and confirms that it complies with the return’s requirements mentioned hereunder, we will be pleased to refund the amount, excluding the transportation charges, to the card used while making the purchase if order paid by card, and through coupon if paid by cash. Products must be in their original packaging. All technical products will be subject to a quality check at the time of return.
Please be aware that if you wish to exchange a product purchased in our webshop, e.g. to another color, you must return the current order and place a new order in the webshop.
You may lose your right to withdraw if you break the seal/packaging on goods including sweets, cosmetics, lotions and the like
A product may be returned for refund within 30 days (with the exception underwear, bathing suits, cosmetics and perfumes or items customized at Customer’s request). A product must be new and fit for resale and the labels must be attached to the product, and all components of the returned product must be returned with the product. Flyingtiger.com.kw reserves the right to refuse any return that is considered to be non-compliant with the return requirements mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
If you have purchased several products in one order and we are not able to deliver the products in one shipment, the period of the withdrawal right will run from the time that you or another person chosen by you (not the carrier, however) physically receive the last product of your order.
Flyingtiger.com.kw will not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations to you, in whole or in part, or for damage or losses that you may incur, if such non-performance, damage or losses result from a case of force majeure or a natural disaster.
Exclusions and limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by the applicable laws, all products purchased through the website are subject only to the applicable warranties, if any, offered by manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of the products. To the extent permitted by the applicable laws, Flyingtiger.com.kw make no representations, warranties, covenants or conditions of any nature whatsoever, whether express or implied, and does not and cannot offer any warranty other than the warranty expressly stated on the website.
Without limiting the generality of the forgoing provisions, Flyingtiger.com.kw expressly disclaims all liability for claims relating to normal wear and tear, misuse or improper use of the product, modification of the product, incorrect product selection, or misappropriation. Flyingtiger.com.kw liability in the event of proceedings under these terms and conditions of online sale will be limited to the purchase price paid by you to Flyingtiger.com.kw for the order in question.
If a clause or clauses in these terms and conditions are declared to be invalid or void pursuant to any law or regulation or to a decision of a court or administrative authority, the other clauses will continue to have force and effect.
Flyingtiger.com.kw will make its best efforts to replace such clauses with a valid clause, the effect of which is closest to the spirit of these terms and conditions. In the event that a party does not require that any clause of these terms and conditions be enforced, whether permanently or temporarily, such forbearance may not in any case be considered to be a waiver of the clause.
Judisdiction and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in UAE. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be referred exclusively to the Courts of Dubai.
Returns and Refunds
Very important: kindly note that you cannot return products in any of our stores if you have purchased it online!!
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You can examine the product in the same way as you can do in a physical shop, but the examination of the product must not result in decreased value of the product. When returning it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is securely wrapped and you carry the risk for the package/products until we have received it, so do keep the postal receipt and track&trace number, if any.You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal / packaging on foods including sweets, cosmetics, lotion and the like.
Refund of money upon return
We will refund the payment without undue delay and under no circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your message regarding the withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the payment until we have received the returned products or until you have forwarded documentation that the products have been returned. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction and without any transaction related fees.
Sold out products and errors in price or discounts
A product might be sold out although it appears on the webshop; you will receive information if this is the case. If a price shown on our webshop is obviously incorrect and you should have known that the price was incorrect, we are not obligated to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price. This also applies in connection with the use of promotional codes which apply an unreasonably high discount. If we assess that an order falls within this condition, we can cancel your order, however, you will of course be able to buy the products at the normal price.
I have received wrong or faulty products or products are missing
If the parcel you receive from us does not contain the product(s) you have ordered, contains damaged product(s) or if the parcel was not sufficiently closed or was damaged, please contact immediately and without delay Customer service and inform your order number as well as a photo of the incorrect/damaged product(s)/parcel. Returning wrong or damaged goods is free of cost. If ordered products for some reason are not available, the amount of such products will be refunded without undue delay.
We always offer a 24-months right to make a compliant if you have a valid receipt of your purchase. This means that if the product is defect and you give notice on time, you have the right in the first place to have the item repaired or replaced. If the defect cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, you can get your money back or a discount depending on the circumstances. A defect is for example a manufacturing defect or incorrect information about the product. Any defects or wear which are caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear are not covered by the right to complain. All you have to do is to send an email to Customer service with the order number, a description of the defect and a photo of the defect. The product must be sent to us on [address] with a reference to the order number. Products must not be sent cash on delivery or without delivery. Please remember always to return the product in sufficient packaging and to obtain a postal receipt when sending the product for us to refund your freight charges.
You must send your complaint within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. We encourage you to complain as soon as possible, especially in the case of transportation damage. If you complain within two (2) months after the defect was discovered, we consider your complaint timely. If your complaint is timely, we will also refund any reasonable and necessary freight charges. Please contact Customer service if you should have any questions, or in case of a compliant, a defect or if you have not received your products.
